Welcome Day at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences - September 2025

Dear International Student,

We hope you’re excited about your upcoming studies at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences! As part of the Welcome to ROFFA programme, the Center of International Affairs is thrilled to host a Welcome Day on Tuesday 26 August to help you get started.

As we are looking forward to welcome many of you, the programme takes place in two groups. Therefore, we will ask you to book a ticket joining one group. During the day, we will join together so that everyone will have a chance to get to know each other better over a Dutch snack and some fun activities!

Programme overview:

• 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Registration and Information Market (Main Hall)
• 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Presentation Group 1(Auditorium)

• 2:00 PM- 3:00 PM: Registration and Information Market (Main Hall)
• 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Presentation Group 2 (Auditorium)

• Until 5:00 PM: Meet and Greet - meet new friends and start your life in Rotterdam

Important notes

The Welcome to ROFFA programme is hosted by the Centre of International Affairs and is separate from your study introduction. Your programme coordinator will email you specific details about the study introduction.
