ABOUT THE BOOTCAMP:
Have you ever noticed how great dancers can put on a show, but feel disconnected? Or when you got your moves nailed in class, but struggle how to use them on the dance floor at a social or a party?

Most dancers increase the complexity in their dancing without first building the mental foundation that makes connection in social dancing possible. In this 3-hour bootcamp we will go through 5 progressive stages that will help you shift from focusing on only technique and moves to becoming a more present dancer.

We will discover what's happening subconsciously in your body and mind while dancing. Through guided exercises and reflection we will become aware of patterns that enhance, or sabotage, your connection.

This isn't about learning new moves but about the difference between dancing from your head versus dancing from genuine presence with your partner.
