Do you want to connect with your sensuality through dance? Be as seductive and as playful as you want but in a setting that feels safe? Then this workshop is for you!

This time with a special focus on loosening our hips. Whether yours are already flexible or feel super stiff, whether you have a lot or a little to shake with, whether you’re wild or shy - come join us!

I’ll take you through a bunch of fun exercises and a spicy choreography to practice your twerk and whine techniques. It’s all about all about connecting with your body, releasing tension and simply enjoying your sensuality.

Wear whatever you like - just make sure you feel comfortable and have enough room to move your hips freely.
