11th Annual Baltimore Built Anniversary Throwdown

Come celebrate our 11th year anniversary with us by participating in our annual fun in-house competition and cookout!
This competition is open to all members and will consist of 3 person teams. Just find 2 other members that want to be on your team and register through WodTogether. Each team will compete in 3 separate workouts. All 3 of the workouts will be performed back-to-back-to-back. There will be a RX and SCALED division. The format will be simple and will mimic a normal training day.
For Example: WOD #1 would be a strength workout like find a 3RM followed by a short rest period, then.... WOD #2 would be a 10 Minute AMRAP followed by a short rest period, then...WOD #3 would be a fun and functional workout requiring strategy and teamwork.
We will also be running a kids wod for all the little ones after the completion of the final team workout!
After the WODs, then it's time to party!! Baltimore Built will be providing food and drinks!!
Cost is $150 per team. Please register and pay in-person at the gym or follow the link below to pay online. Only 1 person per team needs to complete the registration. Registration will close Monday 6/16/25.
