Join us for Ashes & Honey: A Workshop for Mothers to Shed, Root, and Reclaim.

There’s a part of you that's been burning slow—beneath the giving, the holding, the quiet sacrificing. Whether you’re mothering young ones, grown children, or navigating the space between, this is your invitation to come back to yourself. Through breathwork, guided journaling, gentle movement, meditation, nervous system support, and free-form expression, we’ll clear what no longer serves and reconnect with what does. This isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. This is your space to shed what's done, root into who YOU are, and reclaim steadiness, power, and presence.

Cost: sliding scale of $35-$45 (you pick the price that works for you within that range).
