NCYM Summer Camp 2025

NC Summer Camp is for Ages 12-21.

• Campers must be no younger than 12 or older than 21 by the month of June, 2025. No exceptions.

LOCATION: NC Wesleyan College, 3400 N Wesleyan Blvd., Rocky Mount, NC 27804

• Hyphen Apprenticeship Application $75: ENDS Sunday, June 8th, 11:59 PM

The evening services are open to all, but the day sessions are for campers, staff, and visiting pastors.

CHECK-IN: Wednesday, June 25, 2-4 PM. Please ensure to arrive on campus within the registration window. Dinner will be served on check-in day.

NOTE: For security purposes, there should be no one in dorms after orientation other than registered campers, camp staff, and counselors. Dorms and recreation areas are off-limits for noncampers.

CHECK-OUT: All students must be off the campgrounds by 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 28th

Leaders can register and pay for students as a group, or separately. To register and pay for your whole group, click on the dropdown for quantity. This will allow you to run your credit/debit card once, then enter in info for each student. (Please do not use the same name on more than one ticket.)

COUNSELOR Information:

Applications for counselor positions are due on Sunday, June 8th @ 11:59 PM

NCYM Youth Camp Counselor Eligibility:

• Be at least 25 years old
• Preferably married or an established youth leader in your local church.

If approved by your Pastor,

• You will be contacted directly by NCYM Staff.
• $100 payment will be received at the door in the form of CASH ONLY!!

• Please bring the completed camp (#3) to the registration table upon your arrival at NC Youth Camp.

If you are a pastor, we encourage you to send at least one counselor with your group, or two if your group is larger.

Hyphen Apprenticeship Information:

Applications for the Hyphen Apprenticeship positions are due on Sunday, June 8th @ 11:59 PM

NC Youth Camp Hyphen Apprenticeship is a new initiative we began launching last year for our Hyphens aged 22-24. We want to provide these individuals who may have aged out of camp and are not yet able to serve as counselors, an opportunity to work in various areas where the NCYM team may need assistance. We believe that this will provide great opportunities for those interested. We are looking for exceptional candidates, but there are only a few spots available. To apply, fill out this form.

To qualify for the apprenticeship:

• You should be between the ages of 22 - 24 years old
• Preferably single or an established leader or worker in your local church.

• You will be contacted directly by NCYM Staff.
• $75.00 payment will be received at the door in the form of CASH ONLY!!
• Please bring the completed camp the registration table upon your arrival at NC Youth Camp.

Evening services are open to all. All other times are for registered only. Services will not be live-streamed but will be uploaded at a later date.
