Canning and Preserving 101 with Lakehouse Bakery

Learn how to capture the bounty of summer to savor over the winter by canning fruits and vegetables! From pickles to jams and jellies to sauces, and tomatoes, learn the basics of canning as well as the importance of food preservation. Registration is required and appropriate for patrons ages 16 and up.
