Intuitive Sound Meditation: The 7 chakras and Sound Healing with Ali Famigletti
The ingredients: Who: YOU! This workshop is a chance for you to develop your intuition through energy alignment and sound frequency healing.
What?: Tibetan sound bowls are my tool of choice. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra or energy center in the body. You will learn where these are, how to tune into them, and how to resolve excess, deficiency, and blockages from within.
The recipe: a brief lesson on the chakra system and frequency as the substratum of existence, guided sound healing with Tibetan sound bowls, energy alignment meditation, and intuitive circle with discussion and exploration
The results: In this workshop, I will make sure you find an entry point into your own intuition and leave with a roadmap on how to recognize your own frequency/ inner voice. There will be time at the end to share insights and explore frequency attunement.
