CrossFit Seize the Day 10th Anniversary Workout & Fundraiser

If you’ve been a member of CFSD at some point over the past 10 years, you know that Coach Kathy is the heart and soul of our community. In 2022, Kathy was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer called Thymic Squamous Cell Carcinoma. This cancer usually goes undetected until it is too late, but Kathy was fortunate to have access to the right guidance and care and has had no evidence of disease for nearly 2 years.

Most diagnosed with this disease are not so lucky, so In recognition of CFSD’s 10th Anniversary, Kathy would like for those of you who know her to consider a donation to the Thymic Carcinoma Center.

• For the workout, participants will accumulate a total of 10,000 meters in any combination of rowing, running, cycling or skiing.

• Complete the 10k meters as an individual or share as a group

• Donations can be made without participating in the workout
• Donations can be made using the QR code provided.
• Individuals raising the most donations will receive prizes.
