Sourdough & Yoga Workshop: The Art of Patience and Presence
Join us for a unique and grounding experience that blends mindful movement with the meditative art of sourdough baking.
We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga practice designed to cultivate patience, steady breath, and inner balance — the same qualities that make for a beautiful loaf of bread. Through mindful breathing and slow, intentional movement, we’ll create space to connect with the rhythm of nature and the wisdom of stillness.
After class, settle in for a hands-on sourdough workshop, where you’ll learn the basics of creating and maintaining a healthy starter, shaping your dough, and baking the perfect loaf. After the workshop you will be able to take home the healthy starter along with a dough created to bake at home.
Light refreshments will be served, including freshly baked sourdough, tea, and good company.
This workshop is perfect for anyone craving a slower pace, deeper grounding, and a delicious reminder that good things take time.
️ Duration: 2 hours (1 hour yoga + 1 hour sourdough workshop)
