Free 1hr introduction to ACAMS

June 17th is just 12 days away! Hope you're as excited as we are. See you at 7am for the free 1hr class/welcome to ACAMS (and by extension, USMS - US Masters Swimmers). If you're over 18, you're invited to join us in the pool. We will work with you on improving your stroke, gaining speed, training for competition, or whatever your goal is. Personally, I know I hadn't kept up with the improvements and changes that have been developed to make a stroke more effective, more efficient, and more ergonomically effective until I joined USMS. It's amazing the difference it makes!
