Get ready for an exciting morning on the Mile Madness course! One of our Sponsors, Altra will be out providing the latest shoes to take for a spin. We will also be sharing some tips and tricks for running on trail, ultras, and any other questions you may have about running.

- Location : Sunset Whitney Recreation Area (Rocklin, CA)
- 1.10 mile looped course with an aid station
