This three-part series moves step-by-step:
Culinary Skills 101 – The Essentials – Start with the basics. You’ll sharpen your knife skills, learn how to debone and roast a whole chicken, and make two essential mother sauces: béchamel and velouté.
Culinary Skills 102 – Building Depth – Let’s go deeper. In this class, you’ll master tomato and espagnole sauces, identify prime cuts of beef, and explore the science that brings it all together.
Culinary Skills 103 – The Final Challenge – Ready to level up? Here, you’ll tackle fish preparation, conquer the notoriously tricky hollandaise sauce, and dip into the art of menu planning.
