Close your week with a gentle, connective yoga flow! Designed to cultivate internal awareness, playful expression, and self-connection, this all-levels class balances strength-building, body-breath connection, and the cultivation of rest. We will move fluidly between postures in the Vinyasa style while exploring principles and variations inspired by other methodologies. Accessibility is key to this class as well, and I will provide variations throughout to help you to individualize your practice.
