NeuroSpicy Tea: a process group for neurodivergent brains
Bring your favorite mug and whatever you'd like to verbally process, we have the tea.
Our last few meetings have gotten pretty heavily into mutual aid and community building, but we always save time for processing trauma in a safe environment.
