Mind Body & Brew at K2

Join us for an hour of yoga in the beer garden at K2 Brothers Brewing followed by a beverage (check with the bartender for options). This class is taught in the beer garden at K2 on Empire Blvd! Bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel for padding. No experience is necessary to attend class and all adult yogis are welcome.

After class, we will enjoy a social hour together. Price of ticket includes the yoga class and one beverage: K2 Bros Brewing offers craft beer, cider, and NYS soda. Flights and cocktails are available for an additional fee.

Classes are led by Beth Cholette @YogiBethC and Sarah Yannello @rocfindyourpractice. You will be added to our e-newsletter once you purchase a ticket. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, please unsubscribe at the bottom of the email when you receive it. Ticket sales end 45 minutes before the start of each event!
