This introductory workshop is for you. Together, we’ll explore the foundations of Human Design—including the five energy types, strategy, and authority—and how these elements can help you move through life with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your unique energetic blueprint and practical ways to begin living in alignment with it.
