We discuss the pros and cons of renting vs.buying, how to create a spending plan, and strategies for repairing credit (including the Avalanche and Snowball methods).
The session also covers market research, loan options, pre-approval, shopping for a home, and the purchasing process. The workshop is designed to give attendees immediate takeaways to help them get ready to buy their first home.
