Chocolate and Cheese Pairing

In this unique interactive chocolate class, we'll explore the multi-sensory science and art of tasting chocolate. We'll pair some of our favorite chocolates with 4 varieties of local cheeses, and provide some exquisite accoutrements to accompany the pairings. As we go through the pairings, we'll talk about the story of chocolate and why the two foods complement each other so well. Go home a chocolate and tasting connoisseur, impressing your friends with your cheese and chocolate knowledge at your next dinner party, or for your own culinary enjoyment.
