Awaken, Align & Ascend: A BREATHWORK & MOVEMENT JOURNEY

Join us for a Breathwork and Movement Journey, which we call Awaken, Alight and Ascend.

This 90-minute workshop integrates somatic techniques to promote ENERGY activation, reduce internal blockages, and facilitate RECONNECTION and REALIGNMENT across physiological and emotional systems.

🌬️ The class will begin with a grounding guided meditation, then move into a series of intentional breathwork techniques (Pranayama) and somatic movement patterns releasing tension, opening energy pathways, and as you’ll begin to realign with your body’s natural intelligence.

‼️ Through cycles of breath and motion, you’ll stir what’s stuck and start creating space for clarity and ease.

The practice will close with deep, restorative relaxation—inviting integration and peace.

No experience necessary. Just bring your breath, your body, and your willingness to show up.
