Cherished weavers of the feminine & masculine energies, healers who embrace the lunar & solar, who are yin while yang. Let's celebrate the dance of our subtle and dynamic energies with a heightened awareness of their boundless interconnection.

Show up as the Queens you all are, and share in a deeper slow-flow, transition into West African-inspired movement, and conclude with guided rest- all accompanied by live drumming!

This is a BIPOC/LGBTQ+ inclusive event, and is accessible for all bodies, abilities and yoga levels- we promise.

About Tahitia

Tahitia Woods is a licensed Clinical Nurse Specialist, certified diabetes care & education specialist, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy practitioner. They are pursuing Lifestyle Medicine and YTT-200 certification, and currently offer Whole Person Health consults & collaborative coaching. Tahitia is deepening understanding of bio-regioning “in service of life.”
