Club Cookout

We will be hosting our summer cookout, presented in conjunction with our friends from the Blue Ridge Comics Club. The park shelter is reserved for us for the day and has excellent amenities, including electricity, adjacent parking and restrooms with running water, plus playground equipment for the younglings. Setup will begin around 10, with food ready by lunchtime and available until evening. The clubs will provide burgers, hot dogs, buns & condiments, including vegetarian options. Attendees are encouraged to bring beverages, sides, additional snacks, etc. but mist of all please come out and join the fun! Games, musical instruments and other activities are also welcome and encouraged. Furthermore, any fans and friends who may not be currently enrolled in this group are also most welcome, so spread the word. This definitely includes staffers from our favorite local conventions, fan-friendly vendors, etc. These have been great fun in the past, and will be a great way for old friends to get together and new friendships to be formed.
