A celebratory dinner experience that brings comfort, elegance, and just a little magic to the longest night of the year.
There’s something special about cooking in rhythm with the season. Hearty ingredients meet delicate details, and the table becomes a place of warmth, light, and connection. In this chef-led evening, we invite you to slow down, sip something spiced, and savor each course as it unfolds.
The meal begins with bright, wintry greens tossed with tart cranberries, candied walnuts, and creamy goat cheese. It’s a crisp and vibrant start against the chill outside. A steaming bowl of tomato-squash bisque follows, earthy and comforting, the kind of soup that feels like a blanket in a bowl.
The centerpiece of the evening is roasted lamb ribs, deeply seasoned and fall-off-the-bone tender, served alongside buttery whipped potatoes that soak up every drop. For dessert, it’s the showstopper: a classic yule log rolled with cream, dressed in chocolate, and rich with tradition. And throughout the evening, warm mulled wine fills your glass with the fragrance of cinnamon and citrus, bringing a celebratory hush between bites.
