Strength & Stretch

All ages and ability levels are invited to join Roxie for her weekly Strength & Stretch class! Roxie offers a fun, safe, and non-judgmental environment for all. No matter your age or ability, this class can be adapted to increase effectiveness and control your intensity, depending on exactly what you need in the moment. This class will include focused body weight exercises, stretching, breathing techniques, and both physical & cognitive brain drills. We hope to see you there!
