In this session, we’ll explore the transformative power of putting thoughts to paper — and how journaling can become a tool for deep insight, emotional, and physical healing. Whether you're just beginning or looking to expand your current practice, you'll discover practical techniques to start writing with intention, stay engaged, and gently move through creative blocks.


Bring your favorite notebook and pen — this will be a hands-on, reflective space.


This workshop is for you if you:

• Feel drawn to journaling but don’t know where to begin

• Already journal but want fresh inspiration and meaningful prompts

• Are navigating emotional stress or chronic pain and seeking a supportive outlet
