Join us for The Sacred Pause, a half-day retreat offering guided meditation, restorative yoga, journaling, and gentle sound healing. These practices are designed to bring you back to center. All you need to do is arrive — we’ll take care of the rest. Rest. Breathe. Come home.


What To Bring:

-water bottle

-yoga mat

-wear comfy clothes

-pillow

-journal + pen


What is provided:

-other props: blocks, straps, blankets, eye masks, large cushions, meditation cushions

-water, coffee, tea and light snacks


Space is limited to 8 participants.


Registration is required.


There are no refunds offered for late cancellations (2 business days) or no-shows. Please communicate regarding your attendance.
