This special class is designed to release tension in both body and mind through a unique combination of fascia-releasing roll-yoga and deeply restorative poses.
With the help of yoga massage balls, we’ll stimulate the fascia and invite the body to gently open. From there, we’ll transition into stillness — guided into a deeply restful state of being.

As we roll, press, and breathe into areas of tightness, you may feel your body soften, unravel, and invite more spaciousness. This part of the ritual is active, yet deeply intuitive – awakening awareness and allowing your body to feel supported from within.
From there, we’ll transition into stillness. With the help of props, blankets, and quiet guidance, you’ll settle into a few restorative yoga postures, inviting your nervous system to shift into rest-and-digest mode. The invitation is simple: there is nothing to do, nothing to fix — only space to be.
This session is crafted for you who feels:
