CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK IMMERSION

An immersive somatic journey using conscious connected breath, intuitive movement, sound and felt sense meditation. This practice supports the gentle release of both recent and long-held physical tension, helping to free trapped emotions, energetic patterns, imprints, and deeply rooted belief systems at the cellular level. Monitoring our own levels of activation, we take charge of own our healing, empowering us to remember the innate wisdom that lies within our bodies. The approach is safe, gentle and promotes deep connection with ourselves in an open and loving way.
Alongside this practice, we will tune in and prepare our bodies with Kundalini yoga exercises to activate our energy centers as well as a guided grounding meditation.

Ceremonial cacao will be offered in the beginning of this session.
