SUMMER WORKSHOP WITH RYAN AND DANI

Ryan and Dani are coming to Iceland between the 21st and the 25th of July to teach an amazing summer workshop at Yoga Shala Reykjavík. You can join them for a week long celebration of yoga or choose individual classes to attend!

Workshop is designed for practitioners of all levels from beginner to expert everyone will benefit greatly by doing this work. Cultivate peace and steadiness within using the 8 limbed path of yoga including philosophy, postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), chanting and meditation.
