Liz teaches in a way that is so direct and physical that I am sometimes surprised to find that I have sunk into a deep pool of magic and transformation as I move. Her music is always a beautifully chosen partner to the dance. Her tireless choice of creativity and movement over many years lends depth and clarity to her teaching.
