Sunday Reclaim & Recharge Yoga

Reclaim time for YOU in your weekend and recharge for the week ahead! This class is meant to help you relax and recharge your human battery. We will be focusing on breathwork and movements that ease the body into poses that encourage body gratitude and tension release. We will warm up the body with movement and breath and then settle into deep relaxation. Be ready to move, then get comfy and thank your body for everything it does for you each day.

Older children who can entertain themselves are welcome to be in the playroom, but consider leaving littles that require frequent attention at home.
