Rock & Relax: A Meditative Rock Sound Bath

Rock & Relax is a meditative sound bath experience that weaves crystal singing bowls chimes and gentle percussion with the energy of iconic rock music reimagined in a soothing melodic soundscape.

Sound Healer Melanie Fox blends peaceful sound healing instruments with soft echoes of rock-inspired rhythm offering a unique path to rest and realignment. No experience is needed just an open heart and a cozy setup.

This event is not held in a yoga studio so please bring a yoga mat or towel blanket pillow eye mask and anything else you’d like to stay cozy while lying down for the duration.

Location: Wildflower on 7th Reno

Arrival: Doors open 15 minutes before the event. Please arrive early to get settled.
