On Saturday, October 11, 1:30 to 4:30pm, all y'all are invited to join us at the "Brick House" at Bartley Ranch Regional Park for an afternoon of food, friends and music. Yeah, I never noticed it was there before, either! I thought it was the Ranger's residence!
When you go over the covered bridge at the entrance to the park, take the first turn on the left to get to the Brick House (click the map above). There's plenty of parking out in the dirt lot. The house has a kitchen, bathrooms, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to form jam circles, and is surrounded by beautiful lawns and trees. No matter what the weather, we'll have a great time!
We'll be Potlucking appetizers (if your last name starts with A-M) and desserts (last names N-Z). NNBA will provide a variety of chips and dips, so try to bring something else! NNBA will also provide soft drinks, but you're all welcome to BYOB (wink wink). If it's a nice warm day, consider bringing lawn chairs. Definitely bring your instruments!
Family and friends who might be interested in learning about NNBA are welcome. We'll have some short announcements, but mostly we'll just eat, drink, jam and be merry. Kids can run around safely. Pets must be leashed.
If you volunteered at Bowers this year, BRING YOUR LANYARDS AND BADGES, so I can update your "Puppy Paws". And, if you like, I can keep them safe for next year (if you lose them, we're not replacing them....).
