Morning Meditation Float

Join us at Bridgewater Swim Academy as we float for a morning guided meditation. This is not a soundbath but a way of learning meditation while floating to bring a nice sense of ease and peace as you enter into your weekend.

New to learning meditation or have a difficult time staying focused? This is a great class to learn new skills in calming the mind, body, spirit.

We will have a lifeguard on duty.

Limited rafts.

You may want to bring:

* eyemask
* small pillow
* light scarf or blanket

We are hoping to make this a weekly meditation event!
