Are you a new parent looking for guidance on how to raise your child in today's world? Is it possible that you are a parent working on guiding your child in their teen years? Join me as we explore principles of conscious and mindful parenting with gentle guidance. These are tools we can use while guiding our children in a more mindful manner.

I hold a master's degree in human development with a minor in early childhood development. My background started as a mother of six, and becoming engrossed in La Leche League and Attachment Parenting International as a leader. I have been the associate coordinator of Leaders, provided communication workshops and have led seminars on parenting twins for La Leche League for over 15 years, as well as being a leader in both organizations.
