Join Cornerstone Martial Arts and Kaia FIT Sierra for a powerful 90-minute workshop designed to help kids stay aware, confident, and safe.

This high-energy, age-appropriate session will teach:
✅ Awareness training (how to spot a "bad guy")
✅ Verbal boundary-setting and distancing drills
✅ Escape techniques that kids can actually use
✅ Anti-abduction tactics around vehicles
✅ …and more!

👦👧 Who should attend:
Kids ages 5–12 with their parents or guardians
