We'll be meeting at the Reno Sports Complex (2975 N. Virginia St. in Reno) by 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, with Coach Caren. 

This is a free Share The Love-style event that is open to men and women. Children are welcome as long as they can handle this level of hiking. Dogs also welcome as long as they interact well with other dogs.

THE "N":

It takes about 30 minutes to reach the top where the "N" is located (approximately 1.5 to 2 miles round trip). Once you are close to the top of the hill, the path becomes steep and rocky, which makes it a little slippery. It is highly suggested to bring a pair of sturdy shoes for this hike.

DIRECTIONS: 

From the UNR campus area, drive north on Virginia Street. Make your first left after passing through North McCarran Boulevard (into the Reno Sports Complex). We'll meet in the far west side of the parking lot.

WHAT IS KAIA FIT SIERRA?

Kaia FIT Sierra is a women's fitness and nutrition program with four Reno-Sparks locations that operate as one, while also offering live-stream and on-demand workout options. Our group fitness class types range across at least eight different varieties (Cross-Training, TRX, Barre, Cycle, Group Walk/Jog/Run, Yoga-Pilates, Cardio Dance, and Lift) with options for EVERY ability level in every class.

The Kaia FIT program is designed to increase your fitness level and to get you excited about exercising and eating healthy. Finding camaraderie during these sessions is a vital component to everyone’s success. When you join Kaia, no girl is left behind because you’re a part of our tribe!
