Feldenkrais®+ Cosmic Drumming

Traveling all the way from Indiana, Cody Remaklus of Mother Rhythm will be offering his very unique somatic experience THIS ONE DAY at Wholistic Wellness Center! This event will also be happening during the Sky Spirit Wellness Expo, from 10am-7pm, in front of the same building!

Feldenkrais®+ Cosmic Drumming will start with a profound somatic lesson called Awareness Through Movement®. We will then embark on a trance-like drumming journey, heightening your sensory perception! Additionally, this workshop will offer straightforward takeaways for those eager to enhance their sensory abilities. We will reframe pain, trauma, and discomfort with practical tools, empowering you as the expert in your own health. Actionable steps will be shared on how to cultivate a more embodied and fulfilling lifestyle, one step at a time.
