But First, Dessert is dedicated to supporting the essential services that will benefit nearly 600 homeless youth in 2025. This fundraising event honors the mission of Eddy House by showcasing inspiring stories from our community's youth who are striving for sustainable independence. Guests will enjoy an exciting pre-dinner dessert competition featuring delectable creations from local businesses, then vote to select the winner.

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗘𝗗𝗗𝗬 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘
Eddy House is the only nonprofit in Northern Nevada that serves any homeless or at-risk youth aged 18-24, regardless of background or circumstance. We provide wraparound services including emergency shelter, meals, clothes, hygiene items, access to healthcare, and residential programs. In 2024, we provided services to 544 unique homeless and at-risk youth, and we anticipate the need will increase in 2025.
