This edition will be like a shopping excursion to Costco with hungry ears. The theme revolves around hooks, samples, beats from original jazz (and perhaps adjacent) recordings that were used in Hip Hop. If you're a hip hop head, this kissa night will surely appeal you more than other themes...plus, if you're into mixology then you won't want to miss this specific evening.... there will be some unique and exciting cocktails available for purchase! (more details on cocktails available on Friday to come)

As is tradition, the night will close with the full vinyl playthrough of an oft-sampled, and deadly recording by The Incredible Bongo Band - Bongo Rock! The album's track "Apache" alone is considered one of the most sampled songs in music history! Be sure to join us for a night of music in Regina’s own intimate eclectic space, the beautiful candlelit Abstractions Café.
