Essential Oil Summer Wellness Series - First Aid/Smoky Skies

Our Summer Wellness Series "Navigating Life with Aromatherapeutic Support" continues on 8/16 with a choice of topics! Attendees can vote and we'll talk about whichever topic is the most requested on 8/16 and the other topic will get full attention on 8/19. The 2 topics are Smokey Skies Relief vs. Outdoor First Aid.

We're very lucky not to have experienced much in the way of smoky skies this summer, but we can be prepared is they do happen to make an experience. Essential Oils can be diffused to both help soothe irritated throats and lungs, and to help with indoor air quality. Win win!

With such beautiful clear skies, we hope you've been taking advantage of the great outdoors! With outdoor adventures, however, come first aid necessities. We can discuss specific EOs to help with nearly any emergency situation you might encounter, and we'll help you envision what an EO first aid kit can look like.
