Sunday Sound Meditations

Join me the 1st and 3rd Sundays for Sound Meditations at LIT From Within, Downtown Redding 1475 Placer

This 45 minute session will relax your mind and elevate your spirit.

Sound begins promptly at 5PM, please arrive on time but no earlier than 15 min before session. Bring your mat, blanket, pillow, whatever comfort items you wish.
