Free Karate Classes start in Redding this Saturday

Are you prepared to initiate our classes? KRCR News Anchor and Reporter Sophia Bruinsma, a 2nd degree black belt and US National Champion, is offering complimentary classes for children, starting this Saturday. Youth between the ages of 5 and 18 are invited to participate. Please wear comfortable activewear and bring water for your training session! 🥋 We are grateful to Karate champion Scott Halsey's Kenpo Karate for providing their facilities in support of our initiative to promote discipline, confidence, and physical fitness among Shasta County's youth.
