Well Spring Yoga Retreat Day

Join me for a Well Spring Mini Yoga Retreat Day, a nourishing journey designed to awaken creativity and insight as we spring into Spring. Experience a harmonious blend of energising yoga flow, guided meditation, restorative poses, yoga nidra & mantra practice to tap into the season’s energy of renewal and transformation. We’ll enjoy a delicious light vegan lunch together, lovingly prepared by Dani Delights.

The morning practices include a springy yoga flow, refreshing breath work and an earthy mediation. Lunch will be alfresco followed by a peaceful stroll. Afternoon practices will include restorative postures for deep relaxation, mantra to unlock inspiration & inner wisdom & yoga nidra for creativity.

Set in a peaceful, natural space, deep in the North Yorkshire moors, this retreat invites you to refresh your spirit, cultivate clarity, and spring through Spring with renewed vitality and purpose.
