Next Saturday is a big one… it’s Redcar parkrun’s 600th event!
To mark the occasion, we’re inviting you to join us for a naked parkrun.
Before you panic – we’re not asking you to ditch your clothes! Just your tech. For one week only, why not leave your Garmin, Fitbit or phone at home and run free. No pacing, no checking your splits – just enjoy the run and see how close you can get to your usual time without any gadgets.
And because it’s our 600th event, we’d love to celebrate you – our amazing parkrun community!
