There will be some slow walking and sitting involved, if you have mobiltity restrictions please inform Joelle prior to the session:)

Time:11am-1:00pm

Dress in layers and for the weather. Even on a warmer winter day toes tend to get chilly so wear good footwear:)

If the weather goes below minus 10 the event may be rescheduled for March 1st.

Bring your warm drink or waterbottle and a blanket to sit on is also recommended.
