Calling all aspiring runners! 👟✨ Join our Red Bank Family #YMCA Couch to 5K Running Club April 15-June 3 to train for our main event, the Red Bank Classic 5K on June 14.

FREE FOR ALL, this 8-week program hosted every Tuesday, 7-8 a.m. will coach you toward an active, healthy regimen in a fun, group setting, and get you 5K-ready! 💪
