Healthy Eating for One

We’re teaming up with Hackensack Meridian Health to inject some energy into your meal planning.

Stop by our Meeting Room on Thursday evening to hear from a HMH registered dietitian and learn more about cooking and eating for one. We’ll chat about the health benefits of home-cooked meals and how preparing your meals can help lower your health risks. Recipes will be provided, and cookbooks will be on display for more inspiration.
