Beginner’s Photography Class

Your camera can do amazing things- if you know how to control it. Turning the dial off of AUTO mode can be very intimidating, but will get you closer to taking the photos you want to take. This is your first step. Maybe you've tried it and panicked and switched back... maybe you've never tried, but are frustrated with what your camera does in certain situations (blurry images), or maybe you already shoot in manual mode, but want a refresher and some practice... This class is for all of the above.

We will discuss (in easy to undestand language) how your camera works, and how to get it to work for you. It took me a long time for it to 'click' (no pun inteneded), so I understand the frustration- and I'll tell you what finally worked for me.

Then we will practice. This is when it starts to make sense. I will be there to answer your questions (which is why the class is limited in size).

My classes are very comfrotable and laid back, allowing you to relax, ask questions, and just get to know your camera. Plus, there's snacks.
