Pop up Belly-Lates session with Helen

I'm running a ONE OFF BELLY-LATES class NEXT THURSDAY! This is the perfect way to start your Summer term bellydance learning.

This session is created by Helen specifically for bellydancers and includes mobility, flexibility and core strength as well as bellydance technique. We end the class with a restorative cool down and relaxation. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat if you have one. I have a spare if you need to borrow one (just let me know in advance!)

This session is open to all levels except complete beginners.

Join me for this one off session on 1st May, I'm keeping the price in-line with course session prices at £9.50.
Thursday 1st May, 8.00-9.00pm, Kendrick School dance studio.
